Earning Extra Money Tips for Artists
A dream that many artists have had has been to have a patron or to get a grant in order to finance an art career. In this day and age it is a rare thing to be able to find such a deal. An alternative is earning the extra money yourself to pay for the art supplies and for living expenses while creating the artworks for a show or gig.
Earning extra money in an ethical manner that does not consume much time is certainly a feat in itself. As a matter of fact, I spent several years finding and trying different types of businesses in the attempt at earning the extra money that I needed to pay expenses while I worked on my career, too.
I studied different sites online, different businesses - including MLM and network marketing. I even got on every list that I could find so that I could be in on the first opening of new services. After-all, I wasn't only searching for myself, I was searching for my fellow artists at Help 2 Succeed so that we all had a solution for earning the extra money to create a foundation for ourselves.
In a recent search, I found a hat write up from a successful network marketer for earning the extra money that I was looking for. I spent two days reading what he wrote and then researching the company that he was making the money with. Not only did I find out that it was an ethical, debt free company but also that it had been in business for twelve years and, I joined it when it first opened!!
The problem was, I didn't know what to do with the company when it first opened and now I have a my immediate upline sponsor showing me exactly what to do. Of course, I tried it again because of my renewed interest in the company.
With the idea that following his instructions, I could succeed, I started with the network marketing company. I did as he said and within three days, I had eight affiliates signed up under me plus I was at the 3rd of six levels and within the top 100 of the top 300 producers in the company. It didn't take long to do this - it was only an hour a day at the most.
I continued to apply the instructions from my sponsor and within a week, I had twelve affiliates and now, slightly over two weeks later, I have thirty and I'm at the 5th level out of 6. I've been getting my affiliates to do the same thing I'm doing and they are winning, too. The idea of what to do in order to create a "patron" or "grant" method of earning extra money in order to create a foundation and to buy the art materials that I want is well on it's way to becoming a reality. Following my sponsors instructions has made earning extra money very easy to do.

Enabling a Starving Artist Group to Thrive

Imagine never belonging to a starving artist group again? You seem to hear a lot of artists, musicians and students referred to like that. It just means that the people have not been able to work out how to make a living in The Arts.
Wouldn’t it be great to never have to hear the label of starving artist group applied to yourself or another again?
Personally, I think that any group that is named "Starving Artist" should change it’s name!
Personally, I think that any group that is named "Starving Artist" should change it’s name!
Let’s take a more positive outlook on the subject. How about sharing where to create online galleries, where to advertise and perhaps letting your fellow artists know about online art auctions. Maybe ‘attempting to make it artists’ or ‘artists sharing successful actions’ groups should pop up instead of that horrible label of ‘starving’.
Honestly, who wants to have a label of starving anything – whether artist, musician or student? I certainly don’t think it should be applied in the present day and age because of the amount of opportunities and information available. So, I say – be with a groups of artists that starves no more!
New group names can be created such as the ‘No Longer Starving Artist Group" that gives tips to help fellow creators of wonder or, maybe a group with a more positive name that shares the best techniques, software, innovative ideas to help one another thrive can be called "The Group of Artists That Never Starve".
